It is a requirement on all school run services that pupils travelling on the coaches have the correct pass for that service. Passes are applied for through Warwickshire County Council. 

 

Pupils will be required to show their pass to the driver on each journey to be allowed to travel. Cash is not permitted on any of these routes.

 

If your application for a pass has been approved and you are waiting on delivery contact Warwickshire County Council as they will need to email Rowe Coaches Ltd to grant special permission for the pupil to be allowed travel. If there is no pass or email permission from council the pupil will not be allowed to travel.

Students on our coaches are required to remain seated at all times wearing a seatbelt and must not distract the driver except in emergencies. Any bad behaviour will be reported to relevant school and council. In severe cases the student may be permanently be removed from the service. Any damage to the vehicles caused by students will be charged to the parents.
